Right of Withdrawal

Standard Return Portal: Use our structured Return Form if you wish to state specific garment feedback or request a size exchange.
Return Shipping Costs & Rules
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Items must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and in their pristine original condition with tags attached.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items custom-made to your unique, highly personalized biometric measurements outside our standard drop-down size options [url='https://promed.de/en/legal-information/right-of-withdrawal/'].
